BEFORE
Bless us, O Lord, and these Thy gifts, which we are about to receive from Thy bounty, through Christ our Lord.  Amen. 

AFTER
We give Thee thanks, Almighty God, for all Thy blessings.  Who livest and reignest forever and ever.  Amen.
